**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies as per company procedures.
- Ensure **proper storage, tagging, and binning** of raw materials, spares, tools, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate **GRN (Goods Receipt Note)**, issue slips, and inventory records in ERP / Excel.
- Conduct **daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations** with the accounts department.
- Monitor minimum and reorder levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordinate with **Purchase & Production** teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
- Maintain **FIFO / LIFO** system for materials issue.
- Ensure adherence to **safety, 5S, and housekeeping** practices within the store area.
- Handle inward and outward logistics coordination with transporters and vendors.
- Assist in **annual physical stock verification** and audit compliance.
- Prepare and share daily inventory and movement reports with management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
