Position Title**:Financial Services/Banking Regulatory Lawyer**

Reports to: Global Legal Head

Department: Legal

Function: Legal & Compliance

**JOB PURPOSE**

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, licensing, risk management, and financial transactions.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**
- Worked with a top-tier law firm, regulatory authority, or in-house legal team of a bank/NBFC/fintech company.
- Experience dealing with cross-border financial transactions and international banking laws.
- Strong knowledge of RBI, SEBI, FEMA, IRDAI, and Companies Act regulations.
- Expertise in fintech laws, Banking & NBFC compliance, and financial crime regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university; LL.M. in financial law (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in banking & financial regulatory practice (law firm or in-house).
- Prior experience handling regulatory inquiries and enforcement matters.
