Resient Student Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare & Counselling**:

- Act as a mentor and provide emotional, personal, and behavioural support to students.
- Facilitate a safe and inclusive environment, promoting positive peer relationships.
- Conduct individual or group counselling sessions when required.
- Address issues related to stress, adjustment, homesickness, or academic pressure.
- **Hostel Administration**:

- Ensure discipline, order, and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
- Maintain a daily record of attendance and student movements (in/out).
- Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and mess staff for smooth operations.
- **Safety and Emergency Handling**:

- Be available round-the-clock for any emergency or student need.
- Ensure safety protocols, fire drills, and basic first-aid arrangements are in place.
- Report and handle incidents involving health, safety, or behavioural concerns.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Liaise with parents/guardians on student-related concerns when necessary.
- Work closely with academic counsellors, wardens, and faculty to monitor student well-being.
- Prepare periodic reports on student behaviour, incidents, or concerns for the management.
- **Event Participation**:

- Encourage and facilitate student participation in co-curricular and recreational activities.
- Help organize hostel-level events and celebrations to build community.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
