**Role Overview**:
The Office Boy/Housekeeping position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment within the office premises. This includes general cleaning tasks, waste management, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Cleaning**:

- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and equipment
- Cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas
- Vacuuming carpets
- **Waste Management**:

- Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
- Ensuring proper waste disposal
- **Maintenance**:

- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues)
- **Office Supplies**:

- Managing and restocking office supplies as needed
- **Other Duties**:

- Running errands as assigned
- Assisting with office events and functions

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina for cleaning tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related roles is preferred
