**About Us**:
We are a startup growing agency, specializing in graphics design, digital marketing & website design. We are seeking a motivated and creative **Digital Marketing Assistant** to support our team in executing effective digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and optimizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
- Assist in the management of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva & Photoshop
- Understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms
