**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tally Sales Order Entry Executive to join our team.
- date records in Tally, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal

departments. This role requires a strong understanding of sales order processing, data management, and proficiency in Tally ERP software.

**Order Processing**:

- Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring correctness in product

codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.

**Tally Entries**:

- Manage the entry of sales orders and related financial transactions in Tally ERP.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all Tally entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate financial and sales reports using Tally for management review.

**Customer Communication**:

- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, resolve queries, and provide updates

on order status.
- Address and resolve customer issues related to orders, ensuring high levels of

customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with Departments:

- Work closely with the sales, Production, and Logistics departments to ensure timely

and accurate order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure that all orders are accounted for correctly in Tally.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, transaction history,

and related financial data.
- Ensure data integrity in all order entries and Tally records.

**Reporting**:

- Generate and analyse sales order and financial reports using Tally to support

decision-making and performance tracking.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales order status and

financial metrics.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
