**Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements**:

- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree preferred.
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Quality Checker(QC) Specialist Requirements**:

- Develops, implements, and maintains analytical methods for use in lubricant product development, problem solving, and customer assistance
- Provides analytical method development to the process development group
- Assisting Application Development and Technical Service personnel in providing training and demonstrations
- To identify and make recommendations for improvements as part of a team within or outside the department in order to ensure continuous improvement
- Independently perform routine and complex analysis using established analytical methods and development of analytical methods when no SOP is in place
- Data collection and experimentation assistance in support new product development
- Perform routine performance checks on instruments that are being used for project support (e.g. HPLC, XRPD, moisture sorption, DSC, TGA)
- Assisted in other tasks and laboratory work as assigned Accomplishments Developed analytical methods for all compounding products including innovative formulations.

- Evaluate and provide supplemental development to established analytical methods in support of roll-out to acquisition product formulations.
- Performed various wet chemistry analysis, extraction of organic solvent, developed numerous HPLC based analytical methods
- Verified existing materials, identified source of contaminants, evaluated competitive materials using various analytical methods.
- Accomplished validations of analytical methods, verification of lab data and training of new personnel.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
