**Education**: B.Tech / B.Sc / IDD in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, expertise in Cheese, Sauce and Mayonnaise.

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 15 days
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies in the food industry
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to the team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) for smooth operations
- Present monthly MIS reports, offering insights into sales metrics and strategies
- Degree in **Food and Dairy Technology** B.Tech, B.Sc, or IDD (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant sales experience in Food/Dairy - (sauces, cheese, mayonnaise)/FMCG/ingredients industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Language Proficiency**:Fluent in English and Hindi**:

- Ability to travel across **Pan India** as required
