We are looking for an experienced Patient Care/Front office Executive to plan and coordinate health care services.
- Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording a patients insurance If
- Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
- Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients and family members
- Maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect
- Assist Doctors in OPD
- To ensure patient satisfaction, solve queries and guide them properly.
- To make ensure they meet the doctor & all the investigation done properly
- To ensure patient don't wait much time in OPD.
- To represent the Center positively and effectively handle any issues without damaging the center reputation.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
