**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PHARMACIST**
**The following will be the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacist**:
1. Dispensing of medications with clear instructions and correct labelling to patient upon approval by the Manager of Pharmacy Services.
2. Supply and labelling of all drugs issued to nursing units.
3. Enters medication orders into dispensing program accurately and utilizes soft will be correctly.
4. Repacks drugs for prompt distribution and dispensing.
5. Stock processing-receiving, checking, unpacking, putting away, displaying.
6. Provides clear, understandable instructions to outpatients in language known to patients.
7. Dispatches drugs to nursing units with proper will be and security during transit.
8. Records requisitions accurately.
9. Performs quality control monitoring in pharmacy and nursing units on schedule as assigned.
10. Prep will be purchase orders for approval. Processes invoices and maintains price updates.
11. Compiles with standard operating procedures for storage, recording and requisitions of drugs.
12. Maintains general cleanliness of department: dispensing counter, measuring glass will be, computer hard will be and electronic balance.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Pharmacy software: 1 year (preferred)
