**Position**:Scrum master

**Location**: Pune

**Experience**: 5-10 years

**Shift Timings**: 3 PM - 12 Midnight IST(Cabs provided)

We are looking to hire an experienced Scrum Master to support our Agile delivery teams with experience in building high performing delivery teams, flexible in their approach, and brings people together to solve complex problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Following and setting standard for ESG Technology Software Delivery Lifecycle process
- Supporting team adhering to Agile methodology
- Managing team commitments and deliverables
- Tracking and improving delivery team velocity
- Removing impediments
- Risk & Issue tracking
- Identifying and removing impediments
- Holding individuals accountable for the responsibilities within the Agile delivery teams
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and supportive trusted team environment
- Driving and facilitating scrum ceremonies on a timely, consistent basis
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Driving internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Track and report dependencies across the team
- Drive issue resolution, risk identification and mitigation

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 Agile / scrum master experience within a technology organization
- Substantial experience in managing complex and fast-paced projects.
- Agile Scrum master certification a plus
- Jira + Confluence experience
- Proactive leadership and execution, collaborating with a global set of internal stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate different stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills with the ability to solve problems effectively and creatively.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach - comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity and changing priorities, and pivoting as necessary.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
