Job Profile:
To Lead CTP collections for the region & ensure KPI delivery for the region / Cluster.

Position involves following areas of responsibility '“

Responsible for CTP Collections for the region.

Implement & execute Collection processes to ensure KPI delivery.

To ensure all performance matrices as defined are met by the CTP.

Meet Due date Collection targets

Cash Collection within 30 days of Bill Cycle

% RTBD to billing as per target

Front end and review the business partner performance.

Regular review the unpaid cases & ensure timely dispute resolution.

Ensure all escalations pertaining to CTP is resolved and ensure corrective action is done where required

Managing Partner teams for effective performance management.

Responsible for maintaining & controlling Cost of Collections as per AoP
