**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Operation**: Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- **Setup and Calibration**: Set up and calibrate machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning of materials.
- **Programming**: Input and adjust machine settings and programs as necessary.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production, including materials used, output, and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-2 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC laser machine operations and programming.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all work.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
