**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The role involves conceptualizing and designing engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, packaging, social media, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design marketing collaterals such as A4 posters, sunboards, glass frames, flyers, brochures, web/mobile banners, and TV content for internal and outlet display.
- Conceptualize and develop new packaging designs for hampers, regular boxes, sleeves, and other requirements, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the packaging team for final production of approved designs.
- Approve and review creative content for reels, grids, and mood boards.
- Ideate and approve captions/content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the social media team.
- Approve themes and concepts for product and campaign shoots.
- Arrange required materials and coordinate with photographers and videographers for shoots.
- Conduct market research on design trends, competitor branding strategies, and innovations.
- Provide creative insights for campaigns, social media content, and packaging revamps.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and brand alignment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
