**Responsibilities**
- Brainstorming and coming up new creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Graphic designing and content creation for promotion.
- Use and implement advanced tools for automation.
- Manage all digital marketing channels.
- Monitor SEO/SEM, Use Google analytics, Measure ROI and KPIs to analyze the campaign success.
- Establish best practices in digital marketing.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
- Handle social media and marketing to build strong client relationship through social media interaction.
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost the web presence.
- Proactively propose, design and implement new campaigns as per audience’s preference.

**Skills and requirements**
- Passionate to work in a startup environment and build ideas from ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
- Experience in building digital marketing campaigns and successfully running them.
- Minimum 2 years of professional working experience in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CMS systems.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML.
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,735.34 - ₹28,151.93 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
