We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Tester with 6 months to 1 year of experience in both white and black box testing. As a QA Tester at Sqaby Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

**Responsibilities**:
**Test Planning and Preparation**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation to identify testing requirements and scope.

**White Box Testing**:

- Perform white box testing to analyze internal structures, design, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with developers to understand the technical aspects of the software and identify potential areas for testing.

**Black Box Testing**:

- Conduct black box testing to evaluate the software's functionality, usability, and compatibility.
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing and work with the development team to resolve issues.

**Regression Testing**:

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to improve efficiency and coverage.

**Documentation**:

- Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress, defects found, and overall product quality.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and tools.
- Continuously enhance testing skills and contribute to the improvement of QA processes within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in software QA testing, with a focus on both white and black box testing.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, QA processes, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
