**Responsibilities**:

- **System Installation and Configuration**:

- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related software components.
- Ensure compliance with hardware and software requirements.
- **User Management**:

- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
- Monitor and control user access to SAP modules.
- **Performance Monitoring and Tuning**:

- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning measures.
- Conduct regular system performance analysis and optimization.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.
- Test and verify backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
- **System Security**:

- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Monitor system logs for security incidents and take corrective actions.
- **Patch and Upgrade Management**:

- Plan and execute system upgrades as required.
- **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and failures.
- Collaborate with SAP support and other teams to address complex problems.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with SAP developers, database administrators, and other IT teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff.
- Create and update user manuals and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
