**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and Perform complex Health plan change request as part of Installation - PRIME
- Solves problems systematically, using sound self-judgment
- Understand and carry out a variety of oral and written instructions, have knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and vocabulary, have the ability to learn office principles, practices, and methods, understand filing systems, including numerical, alphabetical, and chronological, learn a variety of procedures, policies, and services of the assigned work unit or program, perform assigned duties with efficiency and accuracy and maintain confidentiality
- Applies appropriate communication techniques when responding to the providers, particularly in stressful situations
- Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Ability to be flexible and work in a constantly changing environment
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

- Excel skills
- Proven excellent Communication Skills
- Able to multi task
- Proven excellent comprehension skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
