Telesales Executive

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.**:

- Proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or similar roles (preferably in travel/tourism).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tour packages is an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain and promote various domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and post-sales support.
- Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and company offerings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
