**Title: US Staffing Recruiters**

We are seeking **US Staffing Recruiters** for a permanent role with our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

**Must Have Skills**:

- 2+ years of agency technical recruiting experience (Software Developer/Engineers)
- 2+ years recruiting & sourcing experience working in a medium to high volume requirements
- Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
- Experience recruiting for contingent roles within the IT sector for multiple industries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- A demonstrated passion for IT recruiting and providing amazing customer service
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Source for applicants who skills would fit open positions.
- Scheduling of interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
