**JOB SUMMARY**:
NOV RA Marine & Construction business segment is a segregation of products relevant to Drilling, Marine & Offshore Construction field. Reporting to Director of Service - M&C MENA-ASIA /or Service Manager M&C ASIA, this role will be directly involved in active engagement of coordinating the day to day Marine & Construction Aftermarket business in pan India region, with focus on ONGC and other government entities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Receive / Review customer inquiries & discussions with relevant COE’s on SOW
- Manage the team of M&C FSE’s in the region, including training, performance evaluation, competency development, employee relations, and assigning FSE’s for jobs
- Coordinating with FSE/Planner/Admin to prepare and submit tickets, service reports, quotations, invoices, schedule work hours/vacations.
- Remote technical support and assistance for FSE’s on job
- Liaison with local aftermarket team, and as needed with respective COE locations to streamline support to customers
- Assist management with administrative duties and other work-related tasks as required.
- Engagement with finance to align the day-to-day activities and revenue recognition.
- Engagement with other Support segments (HSEQ, Security, HR, Legal, Tax, Compliance and others), as deemed necessary for functioning of assigned jobs.

**FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES**:
This is an office-based job, with customer meeting to be carried out as needed. There may be situations where field based assistance/management is required and shall need to be carried out efficiently.

Employee shall ensure that all NOV policies and procedures are adhered to.

Prerequisites:

- Necessary soft skills
- Bachelors is a requisite, and preferably cross competency on Mechnical/Hydraulic & Elec/Controls background and/or equivalent technical work experience.
- 6-10 years in the field of Offshore Drilling / Offshore Marine industry, either with field experience or in support functionality with knowledge of customer base, M&C products (Cranes winches, jacking system) and necessary service/support procedures/processes.
- Previous experience in handling a team of technicians will be an advantage.
