 Job brief

 Responsibilities
- Visit clients (regular and potential) and persuade them to buy our products.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and accountsDevelop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trendsReporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts  Requirements and skillsMust have connections with 15-20 contractors, companies in building materials industry or in interiors industry.Plans and implements appraisals effectively across all direct reports and their teamsContinuously monitors activity bearing in mind the original objective and develops contingency plansIdentifies problems and their causes and takes action to solve themCan run large scale projects - creating and running an effective project teamIs fully aware of the business plan and offers suggestions on how key objectives can be achievedIs effective in building and developing teamsWhen making decisions that impact others, will canvass opinion of key stakeholdersKnows the market place and its customers, seeing and responding quickly to opportunitiesDevelops and maintains a network of both external contacts and colleagues to help identify growth opportunitiesIdentify new opportunities to sell our expanding assortment to local, national and global customersProven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targetsPrevious experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing directorAbility to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C levelProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeProven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and servicesProven ability to position products against competitorsDemonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong hold of MS Office - Powerpoint, Word, Excel  QualificationsB.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Civil or Mechanical.2+ years of working experience in sales department within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.Preferably must have worked under the capacity of field sales executive.

 CompensationAttractive remuneration + Lucrative Incentive

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
