Nail & Mani-pedi Trainer / Therapist / Technician

We are actively seeking a creative, innovative, highly motivated nail tech who
can lead our STUDENTS of nail techs by training as per our curriculum, help in
creating new looks, implement procedures, and to help our students in
achieving their greatest potential.
MUST KNOW THEORY + PRACTICAL
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Must be very hands-on, pay strong attention to detail, and have a goal
- oriented attitude.
- Well aware of Manicure and Pedicure techniques
- Ensuring that every nail tech delivers consistent, impeccable, memorable,
and hygienic services.
- Train and enforce that all processes, procedures, and protocols are being
followed.
- Train nail students in product knowledge.
- Train techs on new and upcoming techniques.
- Managing equipment and inventory.
- Managing in class student attendance, log books etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Has a revelevant certification/diploma in this field.
- is innovative, instructional, motivating, problem solving, and is driven
creatively.
- Has a hold over theoretical concepts
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of skin and beauty services
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
