**Job Title: Counsellor cum Telecaller**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counselling & Guidance**:
Provide information about courses, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.

Counsel students and parents on available programs and career opportunities.

**Telecalling & Follow-ups**:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

Handle inbound calls and address student concerns effectively.

**Admission Coordination**:
Schedule and coordinate admission tests, interviews, and orientation sessions.

Support the admission team in achieving enrollment targets.

**Administrative & Computer Work**:
Maintain student records and update databases regularly.

Work on MS Office and other relevant software for admission processes.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum 12th pass.

**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in a similar role.

**Skills**:
Very fluent in English and good command of Hindi.

Soft-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.

**Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Sunday Off).**

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary: ₹16,000 per month.**
