Job Title: AI/ML Testing

Location: Work from Customer Office - Chennai, Pune, or Bangalore

Experience: 6+ years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test AI/ML models and algorithms to validate their accuracy, performance, and robustness.
- Utilize testing frameworks such as PyTest, TensorFlow Testing, or similar tools to automate and streamline the testing process.
- Develop and execute automated tests for AI/ML systems using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Work with automation tools like Jenkins and Selenium to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform data validation and preprocessing using data processing tools like Pandas and NumPy.
- Analyze model performance metrics, including precision, recall, F1 score, and confusion matrix, to ensure the models meet required standards.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of AI/ML models deployed on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
- Participate in Agile development teams, contributing to sprints and product iterations

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as PyTest, TensorFlow Testing, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium).
- Proficiency in data processing tools like Pandas and NumPy for validating data workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model performance metrics such as precision, recall, F1 score, and confusion matrix.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML model deployment and testing.
- Experience in Agile environments and working within Agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
