**Qualification: ITI & Diploma**

Preferable Industries: - Bath fitting Faucet, Sanitary Industry, Hardware

Experience: - **Minimum 5+ Years** in Base Material - Brass & SS, Zinc.

**Job Description skill: -**
- Responsible for Grinding Polishing operation of Automatic/Manual

Machine.
- Knowledge of finishing process in manufacturing.
- Handling of Lancer & Buffing Machine, Pipe polishing Machine.
- Defect material analysis and Troubleshooting for following process.
- Material Brass, SS, Zamak, Copper red Buff.
- Knowledge of Satin finish, Nickel Brush finish, Antique finish, matt,

glossy, High glossy, semi finish.
- SS Welding finish method, Abrasive finish and types of grit.
- Knowledge of polishing in Bath fitting Product, Faucet Body, handle,

spout, Round shape and square shape, Classic shape, Triangle shape

Bath accessories items, Luxury faucet parts polishing
- Ensure proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene
- Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Formats required for the department

along with the team.
- Good knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures, Water

recycling.
- Maintenance of hangers and jigs for electro plating process
- Must have knowledge of multiple finishes, Brushed Nickel, Satin Nickel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
