Overview:
As a Telemarketer (Telle Caller), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services. Your goal will be to engage prospects, qualify leads, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner to generate interest in the offerings.
- Qualify leads by assessing the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline for purchase.
- Provide accurate information about products or services and address any questions or concerns raised by prospects.
- Use sales scripts or guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging and achieve sales targets.
- Record and update customer information, including contact details and interactions, in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further nurturing and closing.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions and self-study.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and privacy laws.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and overcoming objections.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
