**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads for solar products and services in the Australian market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations in English to promote company products.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum graduation in any field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably for international markets.
- **Skills**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work during early morning hours.
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Other Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
- Prior experience in the Australian market is a bonus.
