 Reduction in inventory level by studying and analyzing the optimum inventory level for the concerned section.
 Production planning as per the given daily and weekly targets in accordance with delivery schedule.
 Preparation of daily and monthly production report/downtime report and analysis.
 Independently handling of men power.
 Interacting with quality assurance/customer services on customer related problems make action plan for resolve the problem and preventing the further customer complain.
