Architecture Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse **building specifications, codes, and site requirements**.
- Develop **technical drawings** from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Use **CAD software** and drafting tools to create and modify architectural documents.
- Prepare **detailed and scaled plans** for structures, foundations, and buildings based on provided data.
- Draft and refine **layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details**.
- Ensure **drawings comply with technical specifications, codes, and standards**.
- Review **engineering drawings and designs** for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Generate additional documentation as required for each project.
- Coordinate with **other team members** and oversee their drafting work when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Associate’s degree or certification** in architectural drafting, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years** of experience in architectural drafting.
- **Experience with American design and drafting standards** is preferred.
- Proficiency in **CAD software** (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of **building design, construction codes, and structural analysis**.
- Excellent **attention to detail** and accuracy.
- Strong **organizational and time management** skills.
- Analytical, **problem-solving**, and **communication** abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
