The person shall be responsible for Coordination, handling various purchase activities. Carry out negotiations as per purchase policy, make comparative statement. Proper documentation & record keeping of all AMC, Agreement, Purchases. He/she will make PR, Goods Receipts etc. He/she will be scheduling and co-ordination of Purchase committee Meetings with user Dept., Committee Members and Vendors, MIS reports and tracking purchases, delivery and processing payment.
