Job Title: Multidisciplinary Designer / UX/UI Motion Designer

**Job Description**:
Digitopia is seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Multidisciplinary Designer to join our

innovative team. This role integrates the core skills of Visual Design, User Experience (UX) Design,

exceptional creative visualization abilities and the capacity to translate ideas into compelling digital

experiences.

You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across all digital

platforms, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics, functionality, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Design: Create visually stunning graphics and layouts that align with brand guidelines

and enhance user engagement.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, develop user personas, and create

wireframes and prototypes to improve usability and overall experience.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Design intuitive interfaces that facilitate seamless interactions

between users and products, focusing on accessibility and responsiveness.
- Product Design: Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring that

products meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Motion Design: Develop animations and motion graphics that enhance storytelling, guide

users through interfaces, and create engaging marketing materials.

Qualifications:

- A strong portfolio that showcases your creative visualization skills and previous design

projects.
- Deep knowledge of both traditional design principles and new-age AI tools (e.g., Adobe

Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Lucid, Axure, Wordpress).
- Understanding of animation principles and experience with motion design software.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present

design concepts.
