**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive
**Location**: Chennai (Work from Office)
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 0 to 2 years

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**
- Edit promotional, educational, and social media videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

**Graphic & Poster Design**
- Design posters, flyers, banners, and social media creatives using **Photoshop** or **Canva**.
- Create visually appealing content for brand promotions and advertisements.

**Social Media Handling**
- Regularly post, schedule, and manage content on platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube**.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow page followers.

**YouTube Channel Management**
- Upload videos with proper titles, and descriptions.
- Improve reach using SEO techniques and thumbnail designs.

**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**
- Perform basic keyword research and optimize website/blog content.
- Help increase visibility on Google search results.

**Ads Management**
- Assist in setting up and managing **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** and **Google Ads**.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to increase results.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Photoshop**, **Canva**, and **video editing software**:

- Good understanding of **social media trends and platforms**:

- Basic SEO knowledge and ability to research keywords
- Familiar with **Facebook/Instagram ads** and **Google Ads** (Training can be given if needed)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
