**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance policies, credit cards, and loan products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance, credit card, and loan offerings to customers.
- Listen attentively to customer requirements and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate leads through proactive calling and follow up on leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve collective sales goals and targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum 12th pass qualification in any discipline.
- Fluent in regional languages (in addition to Hindi and English) for effective communication with customers.
- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle domestic calling and adapt to different customer demographics.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
