### Job Title: Production Manager ( PLASTIC GRANULES INDUSTRY )

**Job Summary**:
The Production Manager in the Plastic Granules Industry oversees the production process, ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality plastic granules. This role involves managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning and Control**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the production of high-quality plastic granules by implementing quality control processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to maintain product standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training and drills for production staff.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to stay competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic industry.
- Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
