UI + Graphic Designer

Create new or adapt existing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design mockups to communicate product enhancements.

Consider the context and overall user flow in all designs as well as any engineering constraints that may influence implementation.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Team Members, Designers, and Company Stakeholders to create designed solutions.

Design for web and mobile solutions, taking into account responsive design considerations and focusing on mobile-first for our respondent user groups.

Participate and observe in user research when appropriate for larger long-term projects.

Inform artifacts and designs using iterative design research techniques including quantitative surveys, customer interviews, and other forms of requirements discovery.

Provide guidance through documentation, artifacts, and conversations for multiple teams.

Directions should be clear and be written with engineering team members in mind as the audience, enabling them to efficiently execute designs.

Follow brand design guidelines, best practices, and standards including our design systems and specified components.

Create in a fast-paced work environment through independent self-direction that prioritizes team collaboration and communication.

Strong knowledge of interaction design processes and techniques particularly as applied to desktop & mobile products.

Demonstrates a desire for continual learning and personal development.

Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.

You have a genuine curiosity, the ability to learn, and an open mind to experiment with various tools

Des in any of the following: Interaction Design, Experience Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, and/or related fields.

1.5 - 2 years in UI + Graphic design

Video editing experience is a plus

Work from office - 3 days a week

1.5 to 2 yrs experience in UI designing with Figma is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
