- Present and demonstrate packing machine products tailored to the needs of FMCG clients, highlighting features, benefits, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to customize solutions and address client specifications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, consistently striving to exceed expectations and drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging machinery industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of packaging technology and machinery, with specific knowledge of FMCG industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs, and develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel within the Noida region and occasionally outside for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities effectively.
