**Business Partnering**
- Be a thought partner to the Cluster and Commercial Heads and enable execution of business strategy
- Partner with division heads in delivering planned profitability by providing actionable insights
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives focusing on revenue maximisation & margin improvement
- Provide Analytical support to business teams on need basis
- Enable periodic connects with sales and marketing teams to provide end to end visibility of financial KPIs associated to their business

**Others**
- Partner with the strategy and portfolio team in preparing financials for strategic planning period
- Assistance in finalisation of annual budgets and LE
- Drive Profit improvement plans and productivity agenda

**Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements**:

- MBA Finance / CA with around ~ 4-5 years of experience in FPA
- Sound business acumen
- Familiarity with SAP environment and other digital tools like Tableau
- Flair for Big Data Analytics

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Should be able to work with CFTs
- Should be adaptable and flexible
- Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
