**Job Title**: Social Media Marketer

**Location**: On-site (Okhla Phase 2)

**Experience Required**: Atleast 1-year experience in social media marketing.

**Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- **Video Editing**:

- Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and other marketing channels.
- Add graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance video appeal.
- Ensure video content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all digital content.
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve site structure and page performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports and use insights to refine strategies.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for all campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva).
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
