Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - ICU

Location: Badlapur

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Experience: MBBS with 1-3 years of ICU experience preferred

Type: Full-time - Night shift

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the supervision of intensivists.

Perform and assist in emergency procedures (e.g., intubation, central line insertion, CPR).

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress notes.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.

Coordinate with nursing staff, specialists, and consultants to ensure comprehensive care.

Participate in ward rounds, clinical discussions, and patient assessments.

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Update patient families regarding condition and progress (as per hospital policy).

Assist in managing ventilators, infusions, and other life-support systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
