**_Job Summary:_**

**_ Job Responsibilities:_**
- _Knowledge will cover all aspects of Card Issuance business - Debit, Pre-paid, Credit, ACS, understanding the Issuance and overall payments ecosystem and business requirements that banks and financial institutions have in this space._
- _Experience in independently managing product as part of a product organization._
- _Define FSS market strategy and put it into practice across our commercial and technology and operations departments._
- _As a leader driving Product goals, you will clearly communicate and drive product strategy, direction, and vision, maintaining alignment with Technology and Operations on the solution roadmap and strategy for the product, in sync with that for the product-line and the overall FSS strategy._
- _Meet customers and prospects alike and using your expertise to represent FSS in front of industry, and to be an expert that FSS puts forward for conferences, webinars and industry publications._
- _As the product champion, you will continually drive product adoption among the customer base and target market, understand pain points and problems and addressing them in a timely fashion, with a constant eye on maximizing the ROI for the product._
- _Partner with marketing, product marketing and Commercial channels to develop the go-to-market strategy._
- _You will stay engaged with the sales team and articulate the value proposition of the product among customers and prospects alike._
- _Maintain an intimate understanding of the payments industry and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall FSS product strategy._
- _Be the “go to” person for the product and shall work cohesively with the product development team, SaaS partners, finance, sales, sales operations, legal and the business analysts. Representing the market and clearly conveying the requirements to our internal and external technology partners._
