1. Payroll, 2. Time & Labor, 3. Absence Mgmnt, 4. Benefits, 5. Core HR
Secondary Modules 1. Compensation, 2. Talent Management 3. Performance, 4. Extracts/Data Loads 5. Reporting & Analytics OTBI
1) Hands exp. in BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, and Personalization.
2) HCM Extracts
3) HDL (HCM Data Loader)
4) troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
5) experience in REST & Web Services
6) experience in using Sandboxes, data/setup migration from one instance to another.
7) Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
8) Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
9) Experience working with Oracle product support (SR)
10)Experience with Implementation and Support
