Job Title: Architectural and Interior Designer

Experience: 0-2 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Location: PCMC

CTC Range: Rs 2,00,000/- to Rs 4,00,000/

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and presentations for both architectural and interior projects.
- Create detailed architectural and interior floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.
- Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and client preferences.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including mood boards, sample boards, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and gather necessary information for design development.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Maintain and update project files, materials library, and design resources.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Requirement**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passionate about design and eager to learn and grow within the industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
