Key responsibilities of a Helper:
- **Material handling**: Moving raw materials, finished products, and work-in-progress items around the factory using manual or powered lifting equipment.
- **Cleaning and maintenance**: Keeping work areas clean by sweeping, mopping, removing debris, and maintaining general tidiness.
- **Loading and unloading**: Assisting with loading and unloading materials from trucks and machinery.
- **Basic assembly tasks**: Performing simple assembly tasks like attaching parts or holding components in place under the guidance of skilled workers.
- **Quality control checks**: Performing basic quality checks on products as per instructions.
- **Following safety guidelines**: Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment.

Other Requirements:

- **Physical ability**: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Basic literacy**: Ability to understand simple instructions and safety signs.
- **Teamwork**: Willingness to work collaboratively with other production team members.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to changing work demands and work schedules.

Pay: Up to ₹393.00 per day
