Job Location: Mazgoan, Mumbai.
- Preparation of Sales Quotations against inquires comes from CRMs
- Following up with CRMs for finalization of Quotations prepared and send.
- Keeping Records of all Quotations and POs
- Preparing Sales Orders and handing over to Operation Team for Execution of orders.
- Update clients on status of Delivery
- Follow up for Timely Payments
- Collection customer feedbacks and operation issues.
- Web search for new inquires and business opportunity
- Back up for the SHM Store online platform
- MIS Maintenance: Managing the customer data and maintaining regular MIS reports.
- Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same.
