To ensure manufacturing operation and packaging operation takes place as per current SOP’s.

To collection of samples (Semi finished, Finished, Stability, control samples, validation samples, party samples, excise samples, RA samples).

To perform and ensure timely calibration of IPQA instruments as per prescribed schedule.

To perform In
- process testing and online documentation of all products.

To perform online review of BMR/BPR’s and submission to QA for further review and release.

To review SOP’s related to manufacturing/packaging & IPQA operations.

To prepare SOP’s related to IPQA.

To ensure GMP/GDP being followed during manufacturing and Packaging and IPQA.

To perform Line clearance at different stages.

To review executed batch manufacturing records and batch packing records.

To perform additional tasks/job as assigned by the HOD.

To follow good documentation practices.

To adhere with cGMP standards.

To adhere with organization rules and regulations.
