Ability to manage both staff and office issues by exercising tact and good sense.
- Proven record of answering telephone, giving relevant information to callers and routing calls to appropriate individual.
- Skilled in greeting visitors, determining nature of business and directing to concerned person
- Able to give accurate and detailed information to visitors.
- Answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.
- Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
- Administrative assistants will also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
- Make calls to vendors to obtain quotes, inquire about invoices, and ask questions for clarification.
- Monitoring and recording expenditures. Duties may range from creating spreadsheets to reporting expenses to an office manager
- Coordinating events. This may require researching vendor prices
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine office inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
