**Responsibilities**:
Operate and maintain machines in accordance with company standards and

procedures.

Set up machines based on job requirements, ensuring proper calibration and

adjustments.

Monitor machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions and make necessary

adjustments.

Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified

standards.

Perform routine maintenance on machines, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with

maintenance staff for repairs.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Record production data, including machine settings, output, and any issues

encountered during the process.

Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and

consistency.

Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated on

industry advancements.
- **Qualifications**:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing

environment.

Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Familiarity with machine tools and equipment.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for data recording and machine control.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 based on skills and performance during training.
