**Videographer Content Creators/Editors (Part-Time/Full Time)**

As part of our core content development team, Digital Innodrive seeks passionate digital video content creators who are eager to start small and grow with the company. Please note that it is a startup company where you not have a team to manage every aspect by a different assistant. You are the boss and you are the executive. We are looking for a talented individual with a flair for photography, videography, and video editing to join our dynamic digital marketing team. Use your creative ideas, artistic and technical skills to create captivating images, video reels, and short videos that brands will love.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Photography and Videography**:

- Develop digital video content using photography and videography skills which includes Product Photography, Outdoor Shoots, Drone Shoots, Studio Shoots and Lifestyle Shoots.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots from start to finish, both indoors and outdoors.
- Conduct Photo or video shoots on and off client premises for e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Create short-form content such as social media reels, e-commerce videos, testimonials, ad films and YouTube Shorts.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit videos for YouTube and social media ads, enhancing them with sound design, storytelling, B-rolls, stock footage, video effects, sound effects, and transitions.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain and manage photography and video equipment, including camera and lighting studio setups and keep them in best condition.

**Timely Delivery**:

- Ensure that all videos are completed and delivered within set deadlines.

**Resource Research**:

- You must know sources of stock footage, photos, and music needed for video projects.

**Social Media Assets**:

- Create and format video content for the organization’s social media platforms.

**Asset Management**:

- Organize and manage an archive of photos and video assets

**Key Required Skills**:

- You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in photography, videography and editing.
- A good hands-on experience on video editing tools like Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects or Power Director (preferred)
- Knowledge of DSLR photography, Videography and Drone Shoots
- Have a fair knowledge of English language and can speak Hindi as well
- Should be a quick learner and having curiosity to explore ideas

**Position Type**: Part-time (Combination of Onsite, Offsite, and Work from Home)
- Work Hours: Total of 100 hours per month, including studio time
- **Work Schedule**: 3 days’ Work from Home, 2 day in studio or at client site

**Studio Location**: Sector 109, Gurgaon

**Travel**: Willingness to travel locally within Delhi - NCR as needed
- **Transportation**: Must have own vehicle and know car driving.

**Equipment**: Must have own Video editing system and a reliable internet connection

**Education**: Graduate in any specialization, with English as the primary medium of instruction
- **Schedule**: A mandatory evening meeting presence from Monday to Friday for 15-20 mins
- **Location**: Gurgaon or Dwarka (Delhi)

**Language**: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required
- **Age & Gender**: No bar

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Pay**: ₹20,000.00 per month for the first 5-6 months and can be increased to 25,000-30,000 depending on performance. Additional hours can be billed on pro-rata basis.
