**What will you do?**

**As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for routine maintenance tracking, long-term planning, scheduling, and completion of maintenance events, and financial responsibility for costs incurred associated with maintenance operations for our International Clients primarily based out of the US, Europe, and Australia**
- 5 days a week work schedule and evening shift
- Identify and develop an effective and efficient maintenance schedule for aircraft and other machinery on site.
- Ensure servicing and scheduled maintenance are completed in line with agreed service levels.
- Completion of necessary repair work on aircraft as required, including the framework, engines, and other components.
- Keep inventory of all in-stock parts and request orders for parts as required.
- Ensure that all equipment is repaired and maintained in line with FAA standards.
- View and understand complex mechanical drawings.
- Inspect and quality assess completed work.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork pertaining to maintenance and repairs is properly filled out.
- Supervise the installation of hardware and software upgrades to equipment as required.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members

- Proactive and ability to work with minimum instructions
- Flair for customer/client service with a positive learning aptitude and ability to perform under pressure
